The deal

If it doesn't save time in the first week, don't pay.

This is a narrow tool for a specific job. Either the exception matching takes a real task off someone's desk in the first week, or it doesn't fit your business, and in that case an invoice would just be annoying for both of us. Say so and it's cancelled, no notice period.

  • Can I try it first?Yes. A new workspace gets ten documents free with no card, which is enough to seed an order, run the demo, and put a few of your own supplier PDFs through it.
  • What counts as a document?One PDF that gets read and matched. Re-reading the same file after a correction doesn't count again: the hash is the same, so it's the same document.
  • What if I go over?Nothing stops working. You'll see it on the dashboard and we'll move you up a tier the following month, or leave you where you are if it was a one-off.
  • Do you charge per user?No. One workspace, as many people in it as you like. There are no roles or permissions yet: everyone in a workspace sees everything.
  • Who can read my documents?Your workspace only. Documents are scoped to your account and never pooled across customers. The extraction step sends the PDF to Anthropic's API and nothing else leaves. See the privacy page.
  • Can I use my own API key?Yes. Add an Anthropic key in settings and extraction runs on your key and your quota. Leave it blank and it runs on ours within your plan's document allowance.
  • What happens to my data if I leave?Export everything as JSON from settings at any time, including while you're cancelling. Ask and it's deleted; otherwise it's removed 90 days after the account closes.
  • Is there a contract?Month to month. Cancel from the billing portal in Settings and it stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Who handles my card?Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and never touch Linekeeper: the app holds a customer reference and a subscription status, nothing else.
  • What happens if I cancel?New documents stop being accepted at the end of the period. Everything already in the workspace stays readable and exportable: cancelling never takes your data away.
  • Does it work with my ERP?Not directly: there's no ERP connector yet. What there is: a stable JSON payload at a URL, and a webhook that fires on confirm. If your system can read either, it works today. The payload shape is here.
